Fit, fun and fabulous! If a first birthday isn’t a reason to celebrate, I don’t know what is! With a coffee clenched tightly in my hands I approached the front doors of the Fit360 studio and was instantly hit with a shot of adrenaline. The music was pumping and the people were sweating. I could not believe the amount of people who were dedicated to a 7am workout AND on a Saturday morning!
Nicole Miller, a local mum said that it was her fifth visit to the Interactive Studio that week. Asking around I realised that one of the common hurdles for mums looking to get fit is having a safe place for the little ones to hang for the 45 minutes it takes to tighten those buns. One of the many reasons Nicole said she loves the club is that her 7 year old gets to join in too. I suspect after that workout, they will both get a peaceful nights sleep.
